Based in Halden, Norway, LSROK works with young people and career development. This can be your start to developing a sustainable career within the creative industries.

 

The event and music/film industries have a constant need for talent. This applies to, among other things, technology, audience management, information, sales, logistics, security, sound, lighting, IT and not least – leadership, project management and teamwork.

 

Our activities are aimed at young people with different career interests and backgrounds and regardless of where their interests lie.

We encourage you to use this portal actively. Here in the media portal you will find:

Ian Brodie's Film World Ian Brodie takes you behind the scenes of various major film projects, such as The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe – a film that grossed almost 800 million dollars in total.

 

Per Ole Hagens Fotoverden 

Per Ole Hagens Fotoverden Per Ole shows you how to create great photos. Per Ole is an award-winning Getty photographer, he teaches at the University of Oslo, and has had a long career in NRK as music director and music rights manager.

 

Steven Van Zandt and Teach Rock 

Little Steven takes you to his educational project TeachRock. This is a fantastic online educational tool based on the music you are interested in – with 200 different multimedia curricula!

Event Portal - Coming soon

For young people who want to learn more how to run events - a career in itself.

We have a number of events coming .up where young people can contribute, including the Valkyrien All-Stars at Aladdin on November 15th.

The activities will include event planning, technical tasks, crowd management, information, logistics, security and customer service.
