NORWAY COMMUNICATES AS
KULTURHUSET HALDEN
Home venue to the Open Scene project, the Kulturhuset has built a professional stage with sound, light and technology over the past 3 years. The stage to be used as part of the Open Scene project is the perfect size to suit the amateur who is going to take his first steps in front of an audience – or national and international artists who make a living from their art.
Intended for anyone who just wants to take a breather, experience culture, have a place to work, see an exhibition, enjoy a concert or just want to go out with friends, the Kulturhuset is the creative hub of this vibrant town of Halden.
Kulturhuset Halden has offices and workshops on the second and third floors, while the first floor is a creative hub in collaboration with the Halden Cultural Council. Here, choirs, writers, associations, clubs and other cultural actors can rent rooms and use the event hall to perform their art.
