Little Steven Van Zandt is central in the LSROK initiative. His sustained success shows how hard work, and talent goes hand in hand with a sustainable career.

As a young man playing guitar with Bruce Springsteen in the New Jersey beach town of Asbury Park, Little Steven quickly realised that to make it in the creative industries, he had to do more than just be good at guitar. He knew that that he had to think as a business, as a career. 

There were so many questions, and he had to find the answers himself. The rest is history as Little Steven has found great success within music, film, writing, activism, education and business.
